YOUR FIRST CONSULTATION
Dr Phan will :
- Talk to you to find out your concerns and what changes you wish to achieve with orthodontic treatment.
- Carry out a thorough clinical examination.
- Take radiographs and impression for study model.
- Explain on clinical findings, diagnosis and treatment plan/options.
- Explain on treatment fees and payment schedule.
- Answer your queries and concerns on your orthodontic treatment.
- Arrange to see you at a second appointment to finalize the treatment planning if your case is complex. A joint consultation with the oral & maxillofacial surgeon may be necessary.
